You don't need to know plumbing terms to use it. We explain the ones that matter, like rough-in, seat height and gallons per flush, as we go.
What we cover
Our guides cover chair height and tall toilets, one-piece and two-piece models, dual flush, skirted and compact toilets, and the help you need to measure and replace one. We also compare popular brands such as TOTO, Kohler, American Standard, Gerber, DeerValley and HOROW.
New guides are added over time.
How we work
For every toilet we cover, we read the specs, the features and the maker's own details. We also look at what buyers often say after they've installed one.
